Terms of service
At MAMALA, every product is made or curated in small batches with care β many are perishable, used directly on the skin, or sourced from small artisan makers. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
That said, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@mamala.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right β whether that's a replacement or a refund.
We're a small, mama-run business, and we genuinely care about every box that goes out the door. If something feels off, just talk to us. We're real people who want you to feel good about your purchase.
